WHAT IS THE CHILDFREE CHOICES CORPORATE PROGRAM?
Childfree Choices Corporate Program is designed specifically for workplaces. The program itself provides guidance for men & women who are unsure if they want to have children.
With close to 1 in 4 women deciding to not have children, this conversation impacts a BIG part of your workforce.
Employees become part of our family and providing support for areas outside of work that impact their working life. Deciding if you want to have children can be the biggest decision women & men have in their life. It is not one to take lightly and some people do not have a network or family that they can have an unbiased conversation with. That is why the Childfree Choices Corporate Program was created. It offers various options to fit into your existing Health & Wellbeing or Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging programs & initiatives.
WHO IS IT FOR?
This program is available for men & women as many men also struggle with the decision. Having children has a profound life long impact on our lives and it is not a decision that should be taken lightly or based on fear or expectation of others around them. It has an impact on your team’s mental state, mindset and anxiety, especially around their mid 30’s when the voices to make a decision are amplified.
The conversation around this is often internalised for fear of judgment and criticism and you might not think there is a need for this however with close to 1 in 4 women deciding not to have children, it is highly relevant to a good % of your staff.

Workshops are in person, and 1 on 1 session can be run onsite or via Zoom.
